<p>Here are some fast weight loss exercises. These fast weight exercise are great for fat burning and will also boost your bodies general fitness. <p>1. Firstly make a plan to set aside some time, around three to six times a week, for walking. These walks need to brisk, not a stroll and must be at least 30 minutes each time.</p>
<p>2. One thing I do recommend is carry out these weight loss exercises with a partner. Having a weight loss partner is great for motivation! So get a weight loss partner and get started today.</p>
<p>3. If nobody will join you, grab your dog or next doors dog. Listen to music or listen to the radio. Making your weight loss exercises as fun as possible will make the exercise much easier to carry out and won&#8217;t put you off when you have to exercise again.</p>
<p>4. Don&#8217;t stop your weight loss exercise because of the weather. Get a treadmill or a exercise DVD for use when the weather is bad outside.</p>
<p>5. After a week increase your weight loss exercises. Increase the length of time of your walks. Try adding jogging into your program. Jogging in between walking will increase your weight loss and fat burning rate. Remember keep your heart rate up.</p>
<p>6. If you don&#8217;t like walking or jogging use a bike. Cycling really works those leg muscles, and will burn off those fatty bits you hate on your legs.</p>
<p>7. Always take a water bottle with you. Do not get dehydrated during exercise. Drink plenty of water.</p>
<p>8. Never exercise straight after a meal. Always exercise at least 45 minutes after a meal to let your food digest fully. Exercising on a full stomach can make you sick.</p>
<p>9. Remember high intensity is the key. To burn fat you have to get your heart rate up, this will ensure your burning fat. You have to make the effort, nobody said weight loss was easy.</p>
<p>10. Make a plan and stick to it. Work out your weeks exercise routine, so you know when you are resting and exercising.</p>

<p>Weight loss too fast, is this possible? Yes it is possible to lose weight too fast, resulting in health problems are side effects. Lots of products advertise fast weight loss and it all sounds so great, but medical professionals will tell you the opposite.</p>
<p>It is common to hear that a recommended weight loss would be 2 to 3 pounds per week, after good exercise and a change in diet. You should set a weight loss goal, this goal should be a weight that you can stick to, and keep off constantly.</p>
<p>Dropping your weight quickly will mainly result in the loss of water, this might sound easy but will only lead to un-healthy dehydration. If you force your body to lose weight un-naturally this can lead to health problems. Remember that water should be part of your weight loss plan, by drinking a large glass of water before a meal can fill you up and stop you from over eating.</p>
<p>One side effect from weight loss too fast is diarrhea! Yes it sounds horrible but fast weight loss can increase nasty bouts of diarrhea, sometimes then followed by constipation. This sounds like torture to me and something that we all should avoid.</p>
<p>I do not recommend fast weight loss. A diet plan that contains sustained healthy eating and exercise is the way forward, and a proven method. Making yourself ill by dieting is the wrong road to be heading down. Too many people want fast quick fixes, ignoring a well structured diet program is a huge mistake.</p>

<p>A positive mental approach is extremely important when it comes to achieving successful weight loss. Negative thoughts can and will hold you back from achieving your goals of fast weight loss. Once this positivity has been attained it is only a matter of time before you start to benefit from fast weight loss and it will be a lot easier than you ever imagined possible. Please allow me to give you an example.</p>
<p>If you close your eyes and visualize yourself I would like to bet that the mental picture you have of yourself is one of a fat person, and that is why you struggle, or are unable to lose any weight, I wouldn&#8217;t be surprised if you look at the person you are visualizing in your head and hate that person. Don&#8217;t be afraid or upset about feeling like that, it is perfectly normal and is how many people visualize themselves, and not just about weight issues either.</p>
<p>The trick is to change the way you view yourself, imagine if you saw yourself slim and dressed in clothing designed for thin people; the positive impact it would have on your goal of fast weight loss would be amazing. Your attitude and your mindset will either make or break your weight loss goals, and we will now look at ways to develop a positive mental attitude.</p>
<p>As you know, fast weight loss cannot be achieved overnight nor should you expect a sudden eureka type transformation of your mental attitude, so give yourself some time and allow these changes to be incorporated into your life slowly!</p>
<p><strong>1. Your Reasons:</strong></p>
<p>Why do you want to lose weight? Why is it that you are driven relentlessly towards losing weight? What you are doing is reinforcing your desire to lose weight by using a forced suggestion method as a trigger to stop you eating un-neccesarily or things you shouldn&#8217;t be eating.</p>
<p><strong>2. Motivation and goal setting:</strong></p>
<p>You need to set some realistic goals for yourself and in order to do that you will need to know what your ideal weight is for your height, you can do this by using a BMI Index chart which you can find here. Once you have your ideal weight you need to subtract your current weight from it and the remainder is what you need to lose. Now, if look to realistically lose no more than 2 pounds a week you need to divide the total weight you need to lose by 2 and you will have the number of weeks required to reach your ideal weight.</p>
<p>Once you have done this it is time to get motivated, and for this you again use your list of reasons. If for example the main reason is because of taunting you receive from colleagues at work why not do something drastic like having a bet with one of the main instigators or if it is because you want to have a figure similar to a celebrity you like, post pictures of that celebrity around your home with current pictures of yourself alongside. As stated motivation is about how you perceive yourself and if you can perceive yourself to be a winner, a fighter and thin you will be all three.</p>
<p>On a final note though, I know I mentioned that 2 pounds a week should be your expected weight loss each week, but there are fast weight loss plans that do work on a consistent basis and not just for the first two to three weeks, as is the case with most plans.
